Banded Rear Tricep Extensions

• Attach your resistance band to something at waist height and hold with one hand, palm facing inwards
• Bend forward at the waist to lower your back, keeping it straight, and slightly bend your knees
• Use your triceps to pull the band behind you until the arm is fully extended
• Repeat for the required amount of reps and sets

Banded Over-Shoulder Tricep Extensions

• Engage your core
• Place one foot in front of the other
• Slowly raise your arm and the band above your head
• Slowly lower back down to 90 degrees
• Repeat for the required amount of reps and sets
