• Attach your resistance band to something at waist height and hold with one hand, palm facing inwards
• Bend forward at the waist to lower your back, keeping it straight, and slightly bend your knees
• Use your triceps to pull the band behind you until the arm is fully extended
• Repeat for the required amount of reps and sets
