Swiss Ball Plank Press Ups

• Get into a plank position with your feet positioned on an exercise ball
• Start with your right arm — completely straighten your arm with your palm flat on the floor or mat
• Repeat with your left arm – you should now be in a plank position but with your arms extended and your feet still on the exercise ball
• Alternate your arms as you go down to one elbow, then the other, and back up to extended arms again
• Ensure your core is engaged throughout
• Repeat for the required amount of reps and sets
