• Get into a plank position on your elbows on a cushion or pillow
• Start with your right arm – completely straighten your arm with your palm flat on the floor or mat
• Repeat with your left arm – you should now be in a plank position on both of your hands rather than your elbows (similar to when you’re about to begin a press-up)
• Repeat for the required amount of reps and sets
