• Rest your elbows on a swiss ball
• Keep your back straight and your feet wide for more stability (or closer for a greater challenge)
• Make sure to engage your core
• Repeat for the required amount of reps and sets

Swiss Ball Plank With Knee Raises

• Get into a plank position with your elbows on an exercise ball and your feet on the floor
• Engage your core and slowly tuck one knee up towards your chest an back again
• Switch sides, keeping your core engaged
• Repeat for the required amount of reps and sets
