Check with your Doc first: We’re fitness experts, not doctors. If you have any old injuries, health conditions, or concerns, please get the "all clear" from a medical professional before starting. Safety first, gains second!

Listen to your body: Our plans are designed to be challenging but should never be painful. If something doesn't feel right, stop and check your form. You know your body better than anyone - respect its limits.​
Your results are your own: We provide the tools, the structure, and the hype, but your results depend on your consistency and effort. Everyone’s body is unique, so progress looks different for everyone.

Keep it safe: Whether you’re training at home or in the gym, make sure your space is clear, and your equipment is sturdy. We’re here to help you get strong, not to help you explain a broken coffee table to your landlord.
