How soon after signing up will I receive my first personalised plan?

Answer:

Once you complete the short onboarding questionnaire, your coach begins designing your bespoke program. You can typically expect to receive your complete personalised workout and nutrition plans within 48 hours.

Question:

Am I locked into a contract?

Answer:

No. All of our coaching packages operate on a flexible month-to-month subscription. You can cancel or pause anytime directly from your account with zero cancellation fees.

Question:

What platform do I use to access my plans?

Answer:

You'll access everything through our dedicated coaching app (available on iOS and Android). This is where you'll find your workouts, nutrition tracking, and direct chat with your coach.

Question:

​Does the app connect with my fitness tracker?

Answer:

Yes! Our platform offers Health App Connectivity and syncs seamlessly with major devices, including Apple Health, Garmin, Fitbit, and Withings.

What equipment do I need?

Answer:

You need minimal equipment to start. We can design plans using only bodyweight or basic home equipment. If you have gym access, we simply include those resources in your customised plan.

How quickly will I see results?

Answer:

Results vary based on your starting point and consistency. However, clients who stick to the plan typically begin seeing noticeable physical and energy changes within 4-6 weeks.

How is my fitness and nutrition plan created?

Answer:

Your program is 100% bespoke. We start with a questionnaire covering your goals, equipment access, and schedule. Your coach then designs the plan, focusing on sustainable habits. We ensure it remains effective through monthly check-ins where we strategically adjust your workouts and nutrition based on your real-world progress.

What if I travel?

Answer:

Travelling? No problem. Our system is built to adapt. You can instantly swap exercises and adjust your plan right within the app to suit any location, whether you're using a hotel gym, have minimal equipment, or need a bodyweight-only routine.

What information do you need from me to get started?

Answer:

To create your customised plan, you just need to complete a short client questionnaire covering your goals, injury history, equipment access, and schedule availability. This usually takes around 5 minutes.
